LOL…COMEDY IMPROV  (For Grades 3-up)

Make ‘em laugh!  This class focuses on the fun and exciting world of stand-up and sketch comedy!  Using age-appropriate material and concepts, students will make each other laugh while learning the techniques and tools of comic improvisation.  Curriculum will include stage presence, vocal projection, movement for actors, improvisation, how to tell a joke and the craft of physical comedy.  This unique process will help to improve each student’s public speaking abilities, social skills, and self-esteem.  At the end of each school term our young comics will invite their family & friends to enjoy a special class “comedy club” set.
