4. I allow PAW to use their selected nurse, physician or to call 911 in the event of an emergency and I cannot be reached.

6. I allow my child to participate in any promotional pictures or video from the camp.

7. PAW reserves the right to substitute activities as necessary.

8. Space is limited - register early to ensure a spot. A child may join a session after it has begun only if space is available. In the event of a cancelled session, PAW will refund in full or apply tuition to another session.

-- Tuition credits can be transferable to siblings and friends.
-- For the next 3 years, PAW will freeze all pricing for currently enrolled students to ensure a smooth transfer of credits and sessions due.
-- All camp age ranges will be increased by one year to ensure that all children currently enrolled can still participate in summer camp 2021.
-- Tuition credits can be donated to PAW’s Scholarship Fund which provides low-income children with financial aid for our Summer Camp Programs.
-- We are working to add more options, including options for online camp classes for summer 2020 and smaller in-person sessions of camp 2020 if the opportunity presents itself.
-- PAW has been working in good faith to prepare and plan for the upcoming summer by booking camp spaces, onboarding teachers, writing & creating curriculum, purchasing materials, and performing the months of administrative work and outreach needed to launch and run camp. Although at this time we are unable to offer any cash/debit/credit card refunds, like most small businesses diligently working through this unprecedented time and crisis, through our natural disaster tuition credit protocol, we have outlined above how we will honor and make good on all prepaid camp tuition.
